Our client is a mid-size, global consultancy with a specialism in change. We are seeking a Manager-level professional with good consulting experience to join their small but powerful Change team, with a focus on people projects. With clients across a variety of industries, we aren't fussy on sector-specific experience.
- At least 7 years' experience in consulting - you need to be able to sell and execute projects, leverage your network and lead teams effectively.
- Expertise in Change Management and People-focused Change
- The desire to grow something and be committed long-term
This is a company with a great story and a great trajectory - the team you'd be joining is small but perfectly formed, and has lots of work in the pipeline across sectors. It's a visible managerial role and allows excellent exposure to C-Suite and above; you'd work with industry leaders both within this company and on client-site. We are looking for someone with gravitas and energy.
Basic salary begins at £70k
