This Head of Customer Ops role is integral to the company's strategy going forward.
As the voice of the customer, this person needs to be totally passionate about front-line communications, providing exceptional customer service, and organising the operations and strategic insight to make it happen. You will be given all responsibility for managing the customer-focused teams, reporting into C-Suite and using insights to improve the company's customer interactions.
You must have:
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-focused operational role
- Ideally experience working in a start-up/small company environment where you need to take the initiative and make things happen
- Great analytical skill, perhaps honed in an agency or consultancy firm
- Proven leadership abilities - you'll be looking after the second largest team in the company from day 1
- A passion for people

Basic salary - up to £75k basic plus benefits. Please note this will depend on a candidate's experience.
