Our client is a boutique consultancy that focuses on embedding strategy within a company through its people. It employs a number of techniques in its services, including strategic oversight, corporate leadership and training, workshop facilitation and performance monitoring.

You need: 

  • At least 4 years' experience in consulting - you will ideally have excellent business analysis and workshop skill 
  • A good understanding and demonstrable experience in people-focused projects 
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen 
  • To have a positive, can-do attitude - it's a small team so you need to be someone who motivates others

Based in West London, this company is very well-established in its field but maintains an entrepreneurial feel to its culture. The office itself is lovely, and there are fantastic travel perks - think Las Vegas, Stockholm, NYC.
